Pre-Assessment: See also Admissions.

Prospective candidates complete a two session pre-assessment sanctioned over a three day period. Typically, students work through a series of reading and explication exercises drawn from both current secondary school studies and college level courses. These sessions offer prospective applicants an opportunity to sample the quality and rigor of the tutorial while providing the instructor chief indicators of drive, motivation, academic skills function, scholastic affinities, and most importantly, sustained focus for labor intensive text and lecture analysis.

Reconvening on the third day after the initial assessment, the applicant, her parent(s), and the mentor review all completed work and collectively reach a decision on admission. Generally, satisfactory presentation of reworked class and text notes accompanied by substantial accomplishement of augmented homework and supporting exercises is rewarded with an offer of a contractual agreement and admission to The Aristotle Tutorial.

Accepted applicants electing to commence the tutorial proceed with a tactical orientation to confirm study schedules, to affirm academic objectives, and to initiate preliminary scholastic strategies assisting study skills development, heightened intellectual aptitude, and future professional enterprise.

The mentorship then convenes two to three times weekly as agreed upon by all parties.
